=== Founders Lifetime Imperial Access (4–21 October) ===
* '''Lifetime Imperial Access reopens for Founders only''', for one final window: '''4 October 00:00 UTC to 21 October 23:59 UTC'''. The Store card shows a live countdown while it is open. No extensions β€” after it closes, Lifetime will not be offered again.
* Imperial Access forever β€” no renewals, no expiry. Founder accounts that already own Lifetime do not need it; your permanent ad-free bonus is unaffected either way.
* '''What it does not include:''' no Quantum Shards (the Yearly Pass includes 300), no 15% Pass cosmetic discount, and no Imperial Credit building skins β€” those stay Pass-only.
* The [[Imperial Access|Imperial Access Pass]] stays available afterwards, as do timed Access packages bought with Imperial Credits earned in-game.
=== Riftwake Incursion β€” daily windows and accumulated hold ===
* If no alliance claims the Mandate, the combat window '''reopens at the same hour the next day''', up to '''three windows''' per Riftwake week, until someone wins.
* Wakeheart hold time now '''accumulates per alliance'''. Being displaced '''pauses''' your clock instead of resetting it, and banked time is never lost.
* The alliance with the '''most total hold time when the window closes''' becomes Realmwarden, provided it banked at least '''30 minutes'''. Ties go to whichever alliance established a hold first.
* '''Siphon Spine bonus''' now makes hold accrue '''faster''' instead of shortening a fixed target β€” at +20% you bank 72 minutes of hold for every hour actually held.
* A new '''Hold standings''' panel shows every contender's accumulated time live, and '''Final standings''' after the window closes.
* Each window is announced '''about 6 hours ahead''' in Riftwake Command and on the Scar hex, so alliances can stage fleets inside Contagion range before it opens. Riftwake week starts '''Saturday 16:00 UTC'''.
* The '''War Guild levy is per Riftwake week, not per window''' β€” one payment covers every daily retry that week, including re-entries after displacement.
* '''Realmwarden''' now runs until the next Riftwake week rather than a flat seven days, so two alliances can never hold the Mandate at once.
=== System Harvest and System Survey leaderboards ===
* Leaderboard β†’ Players adds '''Top System Harvest''' and '''Top System Survey''', ranking resources extracted and surveys completed across alliance territory systems.
* Alliance boards sum the same stats. Like the other activity boards, they do not add to your empire score.

=== Fleet recall and return timing ===
* A recalled fleet now flies home at '''its own speed'''. Fleets in a coordinated strike (FCS) used to return on the slowed group schedule even after the group had broken up.
* Time spent waiting at an alliance [[Warp Gate]] before a hop no longer counts as distance flown, on either the return leg or the fuel refund.
* Recall '''gas refunds''' now settle against the fuel actually charged at launch, so the amount returned always matches the trip you paid for. A fleet whose coordinated join is rejected after launch never flies, and gets its fuel back in full.
=== Trade offer auto-renew ===
* Auto-renewing offers now stop renewing when the seller goes on '''vacation''', is banned, has a '''pending account deletion''', or has simply gone '''inactive''', instead of re-listing and re-escrowing forever.
* An offer that comes up for renewal while its seller is away simply '''expires''' instead of re-listing, so the market stops filling with offers from accounts nobody is playing.

* '''Chat''' β€” shared scout, battle and expedition report cards always display correctly.
* '''Performance''' β€” the galaxy map begins loading planet data one zoom step earlier, so planets are already there as you zoom in, and building animations use noticeably less memory, which helps on smaller devices.

Revision as of 12:19, 30 September 2026

A store-and-sustain patch on top of Version 1.4.5: the Imperial Access Pass and Founder thanks ahead of launch, a reworked Riftwake Incursion that now retries daily and counts hold time cumulatively, Support Vessel field repairs capped to one hull per vessel per round, stun reduction hard-capped at 50%, softer late shield-dome quantity growth, richer early-realm pirate stockpiles, and alliance rank by empire score so Access spending never pads the board.

Access details: Imperial Access. Riftwake: Riftwake Incursion. Field repairs: Support Vessel / Damage and Shields. Stun: Fleet Stun. Domes: Defense Yard. Or open Settings β†’ Quick Guides in-game.

New Features

Imperial Access Pass

  • Three subscription tiers in the Store: Monthly, 3 Months (best everyday value), and Yearly (best long-term rate).
  • While active, the Pass grants Imperial Access, Quantum Shards for the period, ad-free play when ads are offered, 15% off common / rare / epic cosmetics (legendary and mythical stay full price), and the ability to buy building skins with Imperial Credits (common 300 / rare 350 / epic 400).
  • Imperial Access remains optional comfort β€” extra queues, overview, shortcuts, automation. It does not buy combat power, resources, or rankings.
  • Lifetime Imperial Access owners keep Access forever (and ad-free). They can still subscribe to the Pass for Pass-only perks (cosmetic discount, Imperial Credit building skins, period shards).
  • Store cutover 2 October: timed Access packages bought with Quantum Shards cost more (about 3–4Γ—); Imperial Credit prices stay the same. Older monthly Quantum Shard–only subscriptions leave the Store for new buyers; existing subscribers keep their period until they cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Example: A commander who wants comfort without grinding Credits can take the 3-month Pass for Access + shards + the cosmetic discount; a Lifetime owner who already has Access can still take that Pass only for the discount and Credit building skins.

Founders

  • Commanders who joined before 4 October are Founders and receive a permanent lifetime ad-free bonus as thanks for early play. Ads themselves begin on 3 October.
  • From 4 October onward, new commanders join as regular players (ads-eligible unless they hold Access Pass or Lifetime Access).

Founders Lifetime Imperial Access (4–21 October)

  • Lifetime Imperial Access reopens for Founders only, for one final window: 4 October 00:00 UTC to 21 October 23:59 UTC. The Store card shows a live countdown while it is open. No extensions β€” after it closes, Lifetime will not be offered again.
  • Imperial Access forever β€” no renewals, no expiry. Founder accounts that already own Lifetime do not need it; your permanent ad-free bonus is unaffected either way.
  • What it does not include: no Quantum Shards (the Yearly Pass includes 300), no 15% Pass cosmetic discount, and no Imperial Credit building skins β€” those stay Pass-only.
  • The Imperial Access Pass stays available afterwards, as do timed Access packages bought with Imperial Credits earned in-game.

Riftwake Incursion β€” daily windows and accumulated hold

  • If no alliance claims the Mandate, the combat window reopens at the same hour the next day, up to three windows per Riftwake week, until someone wins.
  • Wakeheart hold time now accumulates per alliance. Being displaced pauses your clock instead of resetting it, and banked time is never lost.
  • The alliance with the most total hold time when the window closes becomes Realmwarden, provided it banked at least 30 minutes. Ties go to whichever alliance established a hold first.
  • Siphon Spine bonus now makes hold accrue faster instead of shortening a fixed target β€” at +20% you bank 72 minutes of hold for every hour actually held.
  • A new Hold standings panel shows every contender's accumulated time live, and Final standings after the window closes.
  • Each window is announced about 6 hours ahead in Riftwake Command and on the Scar hex, so alliances can stage fleets inside Contagion range before it opens. Riftwake week starts Saturday 16:00 UTC.
  • The War Guild levy is per Riftwake week, not per window β€” one payment covers every daily retry that week, including re-entries after displacement.
  • Realmwarden now runs until the next Riftwake week rather than a flat seven days, so two alliances can never hold the Mandate at once.

System Harvest and System Survey leaderboards

  • Leaderboard β†’ Players adds Top System Harvest and Top System Survey, ranking resources extracted and surveys completed across alliance territory systems.
  • Alliance boards sum the same stats. Like the other activity boards, they do not add to your empire score.

Improvements

Support Vessel field repairs

  • Each surviving Support Vessel restores at most one friendly combat ship per combat round after damage.
  • Field-repair hull budget still applies β€” a vessel cannot revive a ship whose hull exceeds its repair capacity.
  • When slots are tight, repairs prefer heavier friendly hulls first (priority is only a tiebreak), so spare capacity no longer mass-revives light swarms while capitals stay down.
  • Example: Ten Support Vessels can bring back at most ten combat ships in a round, even if their combined hull budget could cover dozens of Fighters.

Stun reduction

  • Fleet Hangar Protocols, monument stun reduction, and expedition safety still shorten stun, but the combined cut is capped at 50%.
  • Reductions apply to the full stun timer (base and loss-scaled time), including PvE recovery stun.
  • Expedition and nebula stun is shortened by monuments and expedition safety research only. Fleet Hangar Protocols is hangar-scoped and does not apply there. Stun never drops below 1 minute on expeditions (or the combat floor in hangar recovery).
  • Example: ~1 hour base stun with Fleet Hangar Protocols 20 β†’ about 48 minutes. At the ~24 hour maximum with βˆ’25% β†’ about 18 hours. Research + monuments cannot cut more than half the timer. See Fleet Stun / Expeditions.

Pirate stockpiles

  • Early-realm pirate ore stockpiles and outpost shares are richer so Realm 1–3 clears pay better for the fleets that farm them.
  • Realm 4 stockpile scale is unchanged. Fresh rolls after despawn use the new tables. See Pirates.

Queued buildings on the planet

  • A building queued for its first build now shows on its planet slot with its own panel: what the slot is reserved for, its place in the queue, and the remaining time.
  • From that panel you can open the building's reference entry or cancel the queued build and free the slot β€” previously a first-time build had no detail view at all.

Galaxy activity dots

  • The activity dot on another commander's planet now marks the colony they actually acted on β€” where they built, researched, queued ships or launched β€” instead of lighting every colony they own.
  • A commander who is online but only browsing still lights the colony they worked on last, so an active player shows one lit planet rather than their whole empire. Moon actions count for the parent planet.
  • Colours are unchanged: green within 15 minutes, yellow within 30, orange within the hour, nothing beyond. Your own planets never show a dot. See Fleet Detection.
  • Example: A neighbour with eight colonies who is upgrading one mine now lights that mine's planet only β€” so a green dot tells you where they are, not just that they are online.

Fleet recall and return timing

  • A recalled fleet now flies home at its own speed. Fleets in a coordinated strike (FCS) used to return on the slowed group schedule even after the group had broken up.
  • Time spent waiting at an alliance Warp Gate before a hop no longer counts as distance flown, on either the return leg or the fuel refund.
  • Recall gas refunds now settle against the fuel actually charged at launch, so the amount returned always matches the trip you paid for. A fleet whose coordinated join is rejected after launch never flies, and gets its fuel back in full.

Trade offer auto-renew

  • Auto-renewing offers now stop renewing when the seller goes on vacation, is banned, has a pending account deletion, or has simply gone inactive, instead of re-listing and re-escrowing forever.
  • An offer that comes up for renewal while its seller is away simply expires instead of re-listing, so the market stops filling with offers from accounts nobody is playing.

Shield dome capacity

Alliance rank

  • Global alliance ranking uses combined member empire score (not Imperial Credits spent).
  • Buying Access, the Pass, or other comfort no longer inflates alliance place on the board.

Supply Chain Mastery

  • Supply Chain Mastery now raises the production-unit cap for alliance system Harvest and Survey missions by +5% per level (was +10%).
  • Its other effects are unchanged: convoy speed, gas harvest fleet size, and extra harvest cycles.

Bug Fixes

  • Riftwake β€” the window-opened notice now actually reaches alliances when a combat window starts.
  • Riftwake β€” a garrison stationed at the Wakeheart no longer has its hold cut short right as the window closes.
  • Riftwake β€” the War Guild levy is charged once per Riftwake week. Alliances are no longer asked to pay again for a second or third daily window.
  • Riftwake β€” spines, garrisons and the Astral Siphon stay dormant until the window actually opens, so nothing can be cleared or drained during the pre-window notice.

  • Chat β€” shared scout, battle and expedition report cards always display correctly.
  • Performance β€” the galaxy map begins loading planet data one zoom step earlier, so planets are already there as you zoom in, and building animations use noticeably less memory, which helps on smaller devices.
