The tutorial's auto-setup no longer makes you wait, long-absent empires are stored off the map so their planets are free for active commanders, cosmetic pieces are rarer from expeditions and pirates, and Google Play Games sign-in works again on Android.
Changes
- Empires that stay away for a long time (30 days on vacation without signing in, or about a week after uninstalling) are stored off the map so their planets are free for active commanders. Nothing is lost: signing in brings every colony back to your Realm. See Account Lifecycle.
- When a stored commander led an alliance, leadership passes to the most active deputy (or highest-ranked member) and every member gets a mail.
- New commanders in crowded areas now always find an easy pirate within two systems of home.
Balance
- Cosmetic pieces are now rarer from expeditions and pirates.
- Probe-only expedition fleets now find cosmetic pieces at the reduced probe-only rate, like other items.
Fixes
- Tutorial: "Set up my infrastructure" now takes you to the research step in a few seconds.
- Fixed a crash when tapping Preview in a building's skin chooser while skins were still loading.
- Fixed: signing in with Google Play Games did not work on Android.
