Rules and Fair Play
The rules every Per Regna commander agrees to follow, in the game and on our Discord. They keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone. Moderators enforce them; see Enforcement.
Harassment
Attacks, scouting and raids are part of the game. Using them to annoy or pressure other commanders is not.
- Every fleet mission needs a game reason: scouting a target before an attack, raiding, transporting, defending, expeditions and so on.
- Sending the same mission over and over with no purpose is harassment. For example, scouting an alliance's system 100 times in an hour is not allowed. The same goes for floods of scouts, empty attacks or transports sent only to trigger alerts on another commander's screen.
- Scouting players over and over is harassment too, not only alliance systems. Sweeping the same commanders' colonies and moons again and again, day and night, without attacking them is not allowed, even during a war. Scout a target when you plan to attack it.
- No personal attacks, hate speech, threats or discrimination in chat, mails, names or descriptions.
Harassment leads to a warning. If it continues, the account gets a temporary ban.
If someone is harassing you, contact support from Settings โ About โ Help & Support (attach screenshots of the alerts or reports), or message a moderator privately on Discord.
One account per player
- Only one account per player is allowed. Creating or operating several accounts is prohibited.
- Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Do not share your sign-in or let others play your account.
- Prohibited: using secondary accounts to transfer resources, boost progress, scout, farm, or manipulate trade, pirates, quests or system control; coordinated shell or support accounts; rotating one account between several players.
Several players on the same home or office network are allowed, but tracked. Transfers, coordinated play or unfair interactions between such accounts are prohibited. If you have to play from the same network as another commander, email support@perregna.com first to get it approved; otherwise it may be treated as a multi-account violation.
Exploits and cheating
- Do not use, share or encourage exploits, cheats, bots or ways to bypass game systems.
- If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, report it to support instead of using it.
Enforcement
- Harassment: a warning first; continued harassment leads to a temporary ban.
- Multi-accounts: our detection system sends an automatic system mail about the violation, asking you to explain the situation or stop. Continued violation can lead to resource or fleet removal, rollback of progress, temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Penalties can apply to every account involved.
- Severe violations can skip the warning.
A suspended account works like vacation mode until the suspension ends (see Account Lifecycle). If you disagree with a decision, contact support or a moderator privately rather than arguing it in public chat.
