Alliance Archive

From Per Regna

Alliance Archive

The Archive is an HQ-only alliance building with three jobs: store and shop alliance cosmetics / relics, keep a delayed territory activity log for missions that finish in systems your alliance owns, and hold Alliance Relocation boosts that move long-inactive non-members out of your territory.

Open it from the Archive building on your Headquarters colony (Collection, Shop, Records and Inventory). In-game help: Settings β†’ Quick Guides β†’ Alliance Territorial Control β†’ Archive territory records. Relic forging and donation basics are on Relics; territory conquest is on Alliances and Alliance Territory.

Requirements

  • Alliance Headquarters level 1+
  • Realm 4 (same gate as most advanced alliance systems)
  • Archive level 1+ to start territory tracking; at level 0 (unbuilt) Records stay empty and nothing is logged
  • Max Archive level: 18

Collection & Shop

Surface Purpose
Collection Cosmetics and relics the alliance already owns (donated or purchased).
Shop (Bazaar) Any member can buy alternate skins for the alliance with Quantum Shards, anytime. Each purchase fills a relic slot: a donated base relic from stock, else the buyer's own forged relic, else the slot price is added. Themes and monuments can be bought again as extra copies.

Donating a base relic consumes the donor's forged relic and adds one to the alliance's base stock, making a later purchase cheaper; forge it again to donate more. Donating is optional. The alliance can collect every skin of a badge or flag and switch the active one at any time. Officers activate badges/flags and attach themes/monuments to controlled systems. Full branding flow: Alliances β†’ Alliance Relics & Branding and Relics β†’ Alliance Relics.

The Bazaar is the shop counterpart building; Archive Collection is where owned cosmetics live.

Cosmetic deployment (themes & monuments)

Each copy of a theme or monument covers up to 5 controlled systems (usage counter Used X/Y, with a list of systems it is currently on). As territory grows, buy more copies in the Bazaar; each copy is a normal purchase with its own relic slot. There is no limit on copies.

Territory Records

Records are a delayed log of selected missions that finish inside systems your alliance currently owns (controllingAllianceId at mission end β€” ownership at finish time, not merely β€œeffective” control or adjacency).

They are not a live feed: each entry stays hidden until its visibility delay elapses, then remains until keep time expires.

What is tracked

Mission / event Logged?
Attack vs pirates Yes
Attack vs alliance member Yes
Attack vs other players Yes
Scout (including planet survey) Yes
Debris collection Yes
Harvest / Survey / other missions No
Activity in systems you do not own at finish No
Non-member moons No (excluded)

Actors are tagged as member or outsider of the territory alliance at finish time. Filters in Records can split by activity, actor, and time window.

Visibility delay

After an event occurs, the record is scheduled but not shown until the delay for the current Archive level passes.

  • Starts at 6 hours at Archive Lv1
  • Steps down by 20 minutes per level
  • Floors at 30 minutes at Archive Lv18

Example: 6h β†’ 5h 40m β†’ 5h 20m β†’ … β†’ 30m.

Delay is snapshotted when the mission finishes (from Archive level at that moment).

Keep time

How long a visible record stays before it is pruned:

  • +6 hours of retention per Archive level
  • Lv1 = 6h, Lv2 = 12h, Lv4 = 1d, … Lv18 = 4d 12h

Retention is also snapshotted onto the record at finish time.

Delay & keep by level

Archive Lv Delay Keep
1 6h 6h
2 5h 40m 12h
3 5h 20m 18h
4 5h 1d
5 4h 40m 1d 6h
6 4h 20m 1d 12h
7 4h 1d 18h
8 3h 40m 2d
9 3h 20m 2d 6h
10 3h 2d 12h
11 2h 40m 2d 18h
12 2h 20m 3d
13 2h 3d 6h
14 1h 40m 3d 12h
15 1h 20m 3d 18h
16 1h 4d
17 40m 4d 6h
18 30m 4d 12h

The in-game Records screen shows the same table for your alliance’s current level.

Browsing Records

Open Archive β†’ Records (separate from Collection / Shop):

  • Filter by activity (all / attacks / pirates / on members / on others / scout / debris)
  • Filter by actor (all / members / outsiders)
  • Filter by when (all / last 24h / 3d / 7d)
  • Paginated list (mail-style previous / next)
  • Info button opens the Quick Guide entry for Archive records

Alliance Relocation

Alliance Relocation boosts (Alliance Translocators) live in the Archive's Inventory. It opens with a stats bar (bought in the last 30 days, eligible players or the time until the next purchase, expiry), then the eligibility rules, the Alliance Translocator card (stock badge, vault cost and Buy button) and the list of eligible players.

Players who left your alliance, or went inactive inside your territory, can block your systems for months. Alliance Relocation moves such a player's planet out of your territory.

Buying

Rule Value
Who can buy and use Officers, deputies and the leader (any member can view the screen)
Cost 200T steel, 120T quartz, 60T gas, 30T iridium, 24T silicium and 20T elerium, paid from the alliance Vault
Limit 2 per 30 days per alliance (rolling window)
Storage Kept in the Archive with a quantity; no expiry
Needs Archive level 1+

Who can be relocated

Archive β†’ Inventory lists every eligible colony. A colony is eligible when:

  • it is a planet in a system your alliance controls (moons move with their planet)
  • its owner is not a member of your alliance
  • its owner has been inactive for 21+ days, or in vacation mode for 30+ days (vacation players are judged only on vacation length)
  • its owner was not relocated by any alliance in the last 60 days

What happens

  • The game picks the destination; you never choose where the player goes. In the same galaxy, in this order:
    • the owner's capital is outside your territory β†’ the nearest free planet to the capital;
    • otherwise, the owner has another colony outside your territory β†’ the nearest free planet to that colony;
    • otherwise β†’ the least crowded unclaimed system at least 10 systems from any system your alliance controls (like new-player placement).
    • Destinations next to a capital or colony may be unclaimed or in the owner's own alliance territory, never yours. Relocations run one at a time per galaxy, so two players are never given the same planet.
  • The planet keeps its buildings, ships, resources and stats; its moons move with it, exactly like a Colony Relocate.
  • The moved colony cannot be attacked for 72 hours, and the owner gets a mail with the old and new coordinates.
  • The relocation fails (and no boost is used) while fleets are flying from or to that planet or its moons.

Example: a player in your territory has not logged in for 25 days. An officer opens Archive β†’ Inventory, taps Relocate next to the player's colony and confirms. The planet and its moon move to a free system far away, the Archive stock drops by one, and that player cannot be relocated again until 60 days later.

FAQ

Why don’t I see an attack that just happened? It is still inside the visibility delay for your Archive level. Check the meta line (kept … Β· delay …) or the level table.

We own the system but nothing logs. Build or upgrade the Archive to at least level 1. Level 0 does not track.

Does Contested / Vulnerable still count as β€œowned”? Logging uses controlling alliance at mission finish. Contested systems remain owned by the holder until Takeover completes β€” see Territory Siege.

Can outsiders see our Records? No. Only alliance members can browse the Archive Records UI.

Do Harvest and Survey appear? No. Only attacks, scouts (including planet survey), and debris collection.
